We have the capabilities to CNC Mill and Lathe any type of components with precision

Jigs

Our Jig and Fixtures are CNC Machined to ensure precise location.

Prototypes

We have the capacity and technology to produce a one off prototype to multiple prototypes.

Repair Work

We can offer a repair service, servicing the service industry to manufacture new components. We can repair your broken parts of your machinery.

TIG Welding

We weld Stainless Steel and Aluminium. Our welding capacity is from 1.6mm – 30mm for Stainless steel plates and Aluminium 1.6mm – 45mm plate.

Mig Welding

We provide TIG welding to thin gauge sheet metals or heavy steel pipes as well as MIG Steel welding from 1mm thick to 40mm plate.

Metal Fabrications

We provide a range of steel fabrication services for both industrial and commercial projects.

Brake Press Folding

Our Brake Press Folding capacity to mild steel ranging from 0.5mm to 6mm at 3.2m length.

Tube Bending & Tube Rolling

Our Round Tube bending capacity ranges from 12mm to 50mm diameter tube. Tube Rolling capacity from 16mm to 75mm, Round and Square tubes.

Fibre Laser Cutting

We can cut, engrave, or etch metals like steel, aluminium, brass, and copper.
